Cette rillette de sanglier au gin et baies de genièvre est composée de 75% de viande de sanglier sauvage français.
Although it is the fattiest game meat, it remains 5 times less fatty than a classic pork meat with a comparable taste.
The Gin cuvée ADN which sublimates this recipe is 100% from Lyon, organic and responsible. It was conceived around a precise and meticulous selection of 19 different botanical aromas. These herbaceous, complex and intense aromas give a lot of character to this rillette. The juniper berry, for its part, envelops the whole product by bringing woody and slightly acidulous touches. Finally, to bring smoothness and character to our rillette, we add French duck fat.
Les sangliers vivent dans nos forêts françaises sans l’influence de l’Homme dans leur régime alimentaire. Étant omnivore, le sanglier se nourrit principalement de végétaux (tubercules, glands, céréales,…) mais aussi de champignons et de petits animaux.
